How safe is it to shop online (with Rezilient)?

A:
There can be risks associated with buying goods over the internet. But, if you use your common sense, shopping online should be no more risky than buying over the phone or by mail order!

Ordering from Rezilient is safe and secure. Our payment processor, Paypal, uses an SSL encryption to ensure your payment information remains completely confidential. Look for this icon at the bottom-right corner of your browser on Paypal's payment page.

You have as many rights in law as when you buy online as you do when shopping from a shop, street market, mail order catalogue or during sales.

Make sure you know which company you are dealing with. A reputable company (like Rezilient Company) includes a phone number, e-mail address and full postal address where they can be reached at.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and contact the company via e-mail. A trustworthy company will reply within 24 hours of your inquiry. Rezilient Company has a "Personalized Service Guarantee" - every e-mail is treated with respect and is personally replied to by our staff!

Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges - what if the item is defective?

A:
If the item arrives at your place defective, please let us know ASAP (within 3 days of arrival). We will give you a return number and you can simply send the item back for a brand new replacement! The amount you paid for your return shipping will be fully refunded once the item arrives (for US and Canadian customers only). Also rest assured, all products will have full manufacturers warranty (if applicable)!

Where is my item shipped from?

A:
Your item will be shipped from our electronics warehouse in Scottsdale, Arizona (zip code 85260). Canadian consumers are responsible for any duty and/or customs charges that are incurred.


Q:
Will Canadian customers be charged taxes, duty and customs?
 

A:
Currently, shipments to Canada are only available via UPS. They have been known to charge some Canadian customers GST, Duty, Customs, and Entry Prep (Brokerage) Fees. Many of these extra fees may be avoided by shipping via UPS Express rather than Ground. Please refer to the following information to see if you item qualifies for Duty charges or UPS fees.

Q:
What about sales tax?

A:
Rezilient Electronics does not charge sales tax! Sales tax may be charged to some Canadian residents, but this will be charged by UPS upon delivery (not by us). The GST rate is 7%.


Q:
How long will it take to ship my item?

A:
Depending on many factors, including time of year, weight of the item and availability, most items take approximately 5-10 business days to arrive at your door.


Q:
What carrier does Rezilient Company ship with?

A:
Shipping is generally with UPS (for ground shipping), USPS or FedEx (air/express). Currently, we are only able to ship to the United States and Canada. We might be able to do some special orders internationally, contact us for more info.
